A Strong History in Criminal Defense
Both Daniel Berman and Regina Tsombanakis served for several years as Assistant Public Defenders in Orlando, Broward County, and Fort Lauderdale. With this rich experience defending a range of crimes, from misdemeanors to serious felonies, our criminal defense clients have the confidence in knowing that our lawyers know the process and know how to ensure each of their rights are protected.
A Strong History in Civil Matters
Since departing the Public Defender's Office, Daniel Berman has gained a great deal of knowledge in areas of civil law from personal injury claims to automobile accident cases. Additionally, his experience branched into the various areas of family law - from child custody matters to divorces. Lastly, Attorney Berman's experience in landlord / tenant disputes has come from representing both landlords and tenants in these types of claims.
